To access certain features, both Buyers and Photographers must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

3. Buyer Terms

3.1 License for Purchased Photos

The purchaser is granted a limited license for personal use or publication of the image, provided it is used lawfully. The purchaser may not resell, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by the subject of the photograph.

3.2 Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or defective files. In such cases, we will first attempt to provide a replacement item before issuing a refund.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, and by purchasing, you agree to their terms.

3.3 Prohibited Actions

Buyers may not download, share, or use photos they have not purchased.

4. Photographer Terms

4.1 Ownership and Licensing

Photographers retain ownership of the photos they upload. By uploading a photo, the Photographer grants Fotobots.com a license to display, market, and facilitate the sale of the photo to Buyers. The image license also belongs to the individuals depicted in the images.

4.2 Earnings and Payouts

Photographers will receive a specified percentage of the sales revenue. Payouts are made through our selected payment provider and are subject to their terms. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

4.3 Content Guidelines

Photographers may only upload photos that they have personally taken and that comply with our content standards. Photos must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any photo that violates our policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fotobots.com or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Privacy
