We recognize that photographs, videos, and printed photographic images (collectively "Photos") constitute personal information. In compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission, and other relevant laws and regulations (collectively "Laws"), we follow this Privacy Policy and implement appropriate measures to protect, manage, and handle Photos.

1. Scope of Application

  • 1. Photos obtained by our company will be managed according to this Privacy Policy.
  • 2. The handling of personal information other than Photos is governed by our Privacy Policy (General Provisions) and Privacy Policy (Anonymized Information), collectively referred to as "General Privacy Policies."
  • 3. Where this Privacy Policy doesn't address an issue but the General Privacy Policies do, the General Privacy Policies will apply.

  • (2) To promote our Service by making Photos available for viewing on the PICSOON website, event sites where PICSOON is implemented, and our official website

  • (5) For planning, development, and advertising related to the Service
  • (6) To share Photos with our business partners and Event Organizers as needed for Service operations
  • (7) To provide Photos to delivery service providers for shipping to Service users

3. How We Collect and Protect Photos

  • 1. We collect Photos through lawful and appropriate means as necessary for providing the Service, and never through deception or improper methods.
  • 2. We make best efforts to ensure Photos are published in appropriate locations on our website.
  • 3. We establish and maintain appropriate security systems to protect Photos from unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and damage.

4. How We Provide Photos

  • 1. We provide Photos as digital files, printed materials, or through other methods we determine.
  • 2. Purchase requests are made through the application process specified on the PICSOON website, after which we process the sale of Photos.
  • 3. We use external delivery service providers to handle the delivery of Photos.

5. Disclosure of Photos

We will not disclose Photos to third parties without consent from the person in the Photos (the "Subject Person," including their guardian if the Subject Person is a minor), except in the following cases:

  • (1) When the Subject Person cannot be identified or specifically recognized
  • (2) When operating the Service according to this Privacy Policy, General Privacy Policies, and the PICSOON Terms of Use
  • (3) In cases covered under Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Privacy Policy (General Provisions)

If you wish to request the removal, deletion, or other actions regarding Photos, please contact us using the information below. Include your address, name, contact information, email address, event name, bib number, identification number of the Photos in question, and any other relevant details.
